At Splendid we believe that it is essential to reconcile leisure, work and respect for the environment. Our cottages are built on a human scale, with this eco-responsible logic in mind: water and energy saving systems within the cottages, compulsory waste sorting, respect for the environmental rules mentioned inside the cottages & low energy consumption lighting throughout the residence.

In the countryside of the Rhône-Alpes region with strong tourist potential, our group promotes local and organic products and know-how, in particular the products of the thermal spa 200 meters from the residence.

We favour a human-sized concept. Your interlocutor remains the same, from the creation of your estimate to your arrival on site (the same team will take care of you on site).

Discover our accommodation from 31 to 57 m² for groups, which can accommodate up to 6 people per apartment. In the heart of the Allevard spa and 10 km from the Collet d’Allevard ski resort, enjoy spacious and modern apartments, specially designed to accommodate large groups who wish to stay for a weekend or a long seminar in Isère.

All our rooms are tastefully decorated, with a living room with flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette.
